Made in Italy, the Amalfi oven comes equipped with a 80cm × 50cm stainless steel cooking chamber (with closing front door), unique domed lid which avoids hot spots, a wood-holder plate and a flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top. As the unit itself has been constructed from stainless steel, it will have no issues withstanding all of the elements and high temperatures that will be thrown at it. The outside is coated in weather resistant paint to give protection from the great outdoors. The fire surface is made of high quality refractory chamotte. Perfect for food use, the stainless steel cooking chamber consists of natural rock wool, which allows you to maintain temperature more efficiently and to avoid the external structure becoming too hot.
